Store Pickup

I created an order for store pickup yet its going to two different stores. I'm trying to change the order for all the items in the order to be picked up in one location. I don't know why it's so difficult to do that without calling in, especially when I still have a month before the product is released.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry to hear that the items you are preordering may not be available at the most convenient store for you to visit.
 

In order to allow our customers across the country to get ahold of hotly anticipated items we need to limit the number of preorders allocated per store. That means each store has a certain number of an item available, and once that number is reach no more preorders can be placed for that store. That will sometimes lead to situations like this where some items are available at one store, but others are available at a different store.

 

Your best bet to get these orders changed to a closer store would be to keep checking back at the product page and see if you can place a new order for the item at your closest store, or for shipping directly to you. Alternatively, you can give us a call at 1-888-BESTBUY to see if the pickup location can be moved, but as I mentioned previously, quality limits may restrict our ability to do so.
