Its been 24 hours since I've made my " 1 hour in store pick up" and I can't seem to get any answers. the store has no idea of whats going on and i have to wait 72 hours to hear from someone from corporate about my situation. Why would best buy state that you can pick up your items within an hour ( I had went to the store a few hours after placing the order ) when its a lie?
