I am getting increasingly frustrated with the support for my return. My item was received on 9/13, but after 5 calls and 3 case numbers later, my issue is not resolved. Apparently the return warehouse scanned the wrong item and marked the return as closed, but I was never issued the proper refund.
Every time I've called, despite giving a case number, I've had to wait while the customer service rep did the read through of the case and explained the issue to me, again. Each time I've gotten an assurance of something happening within 24-48 hours, with the same lack of result. I am tired of the run around.
I would appreciate it if a rep here could actually get some movement on this issue.

I appreciate you reaching out to us regarding the refund for your returned order. I would be reaching out to someone as well, if this were happening to me. With the details you provided during signup, I was able to see the times you reached out to our Customer Care Team. I am also happy to see that on Sunday we processed the refund manually for you. You should be able to see it back on your original form of payment within 3-6 business days, depending on who you bank with. Let me know if you have any other questions.
