Stealing from your customers

It is such a shame because I would really like to do business with the company. It is hard to do business with a company that would steal money from its customers. In 2017, I placed an order for 2 items. It was over $300.00. One of the items was shipped. The other, was "delayed" and then eventually they cancelled my order. They were supposed to refund my money to the original gift card. They never did. I have been told multiple times, I would be sent a new gift card. 2 years later, hours on the phone and website and still I have not received my refund/gift card. If an individual stole 200.00 from me, I could have them arrested. What do you do with a Fortune 500 company who doesn't care about its customers? DO NOT do an online order with this company. You will regret it. You will not receive your product and they will take you money and not return it.

File a complaint with the BBB and they will investigate.
