Status Showing In Progress

Hello Best Buy team,

I have ordered a laptop from a seller whose status continues coming as “In Progress” since last 8-10 hours. Although there is a note stating “Market seller usually shipped item in 2 working day”. I want to know what are events and expected delivery date would be ?

Note - There is no deduction from my credit card yet. Is this going to happen only after product shipped ?

Kindly help me answer about queries.

Welcome to the Best buy Community forums. Thanks very much for reaching out.

 

We are set up primarily to support customers in the United States, and marketplace sales are only currently available in Canada. I'm guessing you ordered from our Canadian web site.

 

I can give you some general answers, however. You will not be charged until a product ships out. You posted this on a Sunday, and may sellers are not active on Sundays. I would not be surprised if your order shipped out over the past couple days.

 

If it didn't, please let me know. I can forward your information over to a support team in Canada, and they can look into this for you.
