My order was recently delivered and it was not by my door or in my mailbox. So I checked the delivery confirmation and it was delivered to my old address. I specifically looked at the address when completing my order and it was my new address. I even went into my account to look at saved addresses and my new address was the primary address, so I'm not sure how this happened. I went to the old address to try and recover it, but the package was not there and there was no answer at the door. I left a note with my phone number and have not heard anything back. Is there anything you can do to help me fix this??
