I made a purchase for $14.23 before tax and used a rewards certificate for $15 on it. Yet I was charged an overage of 23 cents on my credit card. My order number is {Removed per forum guidelines}. Can someone take a look?

Re: Rewards

Hi, PR1,

Welcome back to the forums. That's a strange situation. My Best Buy reward certificates can only be spent when the pre-tax total is greater than the value of the certificates being spent. I'd need to take a look into that specific order to see what happened.
