Returns problem

I returned a Boosted Mini X a few days ago. It has reached Best Buy according to tracking but I haven't received confirmation from Best Buy that they've received it. When will I get my refund?

Re: Returns problem

Hi there, ohwow!

Thanks for visiting us again on the Best Buy Support Forums!

I understand that you have some concerns regarding a refund that you haven't received yet from a recent return. Typically, once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Once processed, you should see the refund in your account within 5-7 business days, although it can take up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. You can find more information about our refund method and timing by reviewing our Return & Exchange Promise

Important to note, items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched may be denied a return. It is also important to return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.

This being said, I'd be happy to take a look into this return for you to see if I can find more information regarding your return. If you will please send me a private message that includes the following, I’ll do my best to help:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

To send me a private message, please click the button labeled "Private Message" in my signature below.

Sincerely,
