Returned an item to the return warehouse, still haven't gotten refund

I returned a tv that i purchased. I was given a return label by the live chat support team. you guys receieved my item 3 days ago and still no refund or anything...

It can take a little longer to actually process the items for return, the tracking information only confirms that the item was dropped off by the carrier.

I hope you are enjoying the day so far. There have been plenty of times that I’ve had to return products I’ve purchased, so I can understand looking for an update on the status of the funds. The refund process begins shortly after the merchandise is checked in by our teams. You should see movement in your account soon, but the time frame will also depend on your financial institution.
