Hello,

I purchased a Lenovo Laptop with Best Buy on the 10th of August. I am currently overseas and wanted the Laptop delivered to my APO address. Well, after 11 days I got an email stating that my laptop was delivered and was with the customer in Kentucky on the 21st of August. I do not live in Kentucky. When I called the customer service line a few days later they told me that KY was their warehouse shipping address and that my items were deemed undeliverable to the APO address simply because it was just that-even though the website states that APO addresses are accepted and can be delivered to. I asked for a full refund since I do not have my items that I ordered. I was told that I would be refunded during my next billing cycle. Well, while I was looking at some of your policies online I saw that refunds are to be back to the customer between 2-3 business days and if the customer has paid over $800 it would take 10 business days, so I called again. Told the next representative the same situation and let her know that I wanted an email confirmation sent to me regarding my refund, that never happened. Here I am on the 3rd of September 24 days after I have made my order and 13 days after I have asked for a refund and I have received nothing. All I want is to be refunded for items that are not in my possession and never came any where close to where I needed them to go. If you need emails, screen shots, or any other evidence please feel free to contact me because I have them. I look forward to hearing from someone who will help me out.

I am always looking for the funds to be available whenever I make a return or anything like that, so I can definitely understand you reaching out for an update. Typically, once a return is processed, the funds are available within about 7 days. In some cases, it can take up to one full billing cycle, and this depends on your financial institution. Long story short I have returned the merchandise back to the Warehouse and now I am waiting on my return.
