Return still not fulfilled after 1 month

Hello BestBuy Support team,

 

I've returned some items online through your return process. The items were received but my refund has yet to show up in my bank statements. I've reached out a couple times through live chat and the service agents were able to guarentee that I would be receiving the refund but now Im worried its taking too long. 

 

Situation here is the items were not properly delivered the first time around, so I filed a refund claim thinking the items have been stolen. The items eventually showed up 2 days later and I have successfully returned the items unopened. However, come to find out from a customer sercice agent, the money is being "held" and would be available one billing cycle later. However, its been past a month now and still no money. The refund process is complete in the order page but still no contact from Bestbuy. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks for registering as a new user to our Best Buy Community Forum. Welcome!  I’d be concerned also where a refund would be if merchandise has been returned successfully. I’d be happy to check if on the status of the refund.
