I just bought stuff more than 1800$ worth. i bought samsung s8plus unlocked paid cash, later after someday i bought note 8 gifted it to my brother in law. he didnt like the color so we thought to exchange it but got late due to work issue i was just late by 4days to qualify for the return policy but since i bought so much stuff in just a month time. they should have atleast listenned to me, but the guy at northlake was saying only one thing cant do it u didnt show up in 14 days u cant return. and thing is i dont want a refund i just want them to exchange the phone i got the orchid gray phone just wanted it to exchange it with the black one . i even said i am ready to pay restocking fees. and the replied i got is u tarde in this phone and get a new one. i asked him how much will i have to pay he said will give 500$ for ur phone and u can pay the remaining and get a new phone. i was planing to buy another s8plus for my sister and two samsung s gear watch for me and my brother in law but i wont pay more to best buy now. will try some other place now. elite status is just for name sake. there is not even a way to email them my problem. i called customer service they told me to visit best buy and explained them ur stituation as a one time courtsey they will exchange ur phone but visting store was no solution. customer service is pathetic. when u go to buy something they will be more than happy to assit you. but you have problem they just ignore yop.

I was able to use the email address attached to your Forum account to find your receipt. I see that you purchased this S8+ on August 28th. Per our Return & Exchange Promise you have 14 days to return or exchange a cell phone or other devices that can be activated, even if you are an My Best Buy Elite member. However there are still options to get service even if you don't have a Geek Squad Protection(ASP) plan. Most of the products we sell have a one year manufacturers warranty.
