Refund for online purchase

My order was cancelled on 6 Jan 2020 but till now I have not received any refund on my credit card. There is also no email address to write to a customer service agent . Can someone from bestbuy please let me have an email address to write to?

We always want your online shopping experience to be hassle free and I'm sorry to hear that your order was cancelled. I'd be awaiting that refund just like you and would also want to have my feedback heard. Luckily, you've reached us at our Corporate Offices and we are happy to help out!

 

Generally, refunds take 5-7 business days to process, but can take up to one billing cycle depending on your bank. If this still has not posted back to your account by that time frame, we'd be happy to investigate further into that with you.

Hi

I have spoken to your customer service personnel. They told me that there was something wrong with my payment and therefore the order was cancelled as the payment was not received . However there is already a charge to my credit card but no subsequent reversal. Can someone message me privately to discuss this issue ? Or is there any email that I can send my evidence of payment to ??

While going to any of the moderator’s profiles in the community forum, you’ll find that you may select the “Private Message” button to interact with them privately. We've had to remove the personal information from public view. Would it be possible for you send the requested information privately, please?
