Refund Request for items that were never sent since 5 months ago

Please provide a full refund for in following order in the amount of $53.85.

 

Order Number: {removed per forum guidelines}

UPS Tracking Number: {removed per forum guidelines}

 

Shipping label was created but BestBuy never bothered sending the item nor tracking if the shipment has been fufilled and delivered. I have waited for over 5 months for the item and I no longer need it. 

 

Please refund to the original method of payment and do not attempt making me contacting BestBuy in other means.

Based on your post, it sounds like you’ve had quite some trouble in the past trying to get this order resolved, so I apologize of we haven’t been able to assist you as anticipated. As I certainly wouldn’t be happy to pay for something I never received, I appreciate you giving us a second chance to assist you.

 

Upon review of the order number provided though, it appears some of the information associated with your forum profile doesn’t match what we have on file for the purchase. Due to our Privacy Policy, please have the original purchaser call us at 1-888-BestBuy for further assistance.

Then proceed with the refund of $53.85 to the Visa ending in 4583. I am the original purchaser but do not attempt to tell me to call for further assistance when the case can be dealt with a simple refund.

Unfortunately, changing the name associated with your forum profile only muddles the request further, as we are unable to verify your identity as per our Privacy Policy. We would still ask that the original purchaser on file for the purchase (even if that’s you) call us at 1-888-BestBuy if further assistance is needed.

 

As a side note though, please know that we typically ask our customers to report a missing online order within its applicable Return and Exchange Promise. This means that unless this matter was brought to our attention much sooner than this, we wouldn’t be able to refund this online order if purchased over five months ago. I apologize for any frustration this may cause.
