Received damaged order - insufficient packaging

Hi,

 

I ordered a games from BestBuy. The game was shipping in a bubble mailer. It arrived damaged. The case was crushed and the contents inide were damaged. Could someone help with arraging a replacement? Thank you.

If you are looking for an immediate resolution you can go to a local store and do the exchange right away if this is an option for you Otherwise you can call 1-888-BEST-BUY and tell them it was damaged. A CSR should be able to help you setup the exchange and get it out to you as quick as they can

I play a quite a bit of video games myself, so I can certainly understand you seeking some support with your damaged copy. The quickest way to get this taken care of would be to head to your local Best Buy, and see about an exchange, as long as you are within all of the guidelines of our Return & Exchange Promise. You should also be able to return the game via mail if you wish, by following the instructions outlined in our Return & Exchange Promise as well.

Hi Quinton,

 

Thanks for replying. I wound up doing an online chat with a BBY rep yesterday. The item is sold out at Best Buy, so no replacement is available. The rep offered a 10% discount for copensation on the damaged game. Since the damage is cosmetic and the game is still playable, I thought that was an agreeable resolution.
