I buy everything electronic wise at Best Buy. God bles sthat price match. I Pre-ordered my phone like a great customer. I called to make sure everything was done correctly. I got an email from Best Buy saying my payment was having issues and if I didn't fix it, it would cancel my order. I call my Best Buy credit card, which I used and order EVERYTHING Best Buy with and never had an issue with. I was told there are no blocks and no issues and I have plenty of credit. I called Best Buy customer service at 8am the next day and spoke with Kara case {removed per forum guidelines}. They transfered me to a mobile manager and spoke with a nice guy from France named Ana (sp?) case number {removed per forum guidelines}. He said it wa s glitch in the system and thaht everything will be fine. Come today, I recieve an email saying my order was canceled. This is after, me making sure everything was OK with you guys and giving you the opportunity to get things fixed if needed. Yet, I am now on hold for an hour and wondering how this is going to be fixed. The only thing I did was change one of the phones from shipping to pick up. With plenty of time that I was advised, I could do. I don't know if I offended anyone or the Best Buy gods, that there was this bad of a mess up on Best Buy's end. Wondering what can be done to fix this or make up for it.

Could a Best Buy employee address any of the other dozen complaints about this?

Shout out to Best Buy for trying to make things better. The problem wasn’t fixed at all. But they did their best to soften the sledgehammer blow to the chest, and giving them another opportunity to see how things go this time. Here’s hoping that despite the delay in things, it will be much smoother this time around. Thanks again Best Buy Cameron and Alyssa!
