same issue here. Opened a paypal line of credit to get a laptop on sale and it will be gone before this is fixed. paypal has my purchase pending and best buy is not getting my order. paypal even sent a confirmation email with a best buy order id.

I've talked to a BestBuy Representive and they can't do anything with it because it didn't create a order #.

 

So I talked to paypal and they said the the pending status will be removed 30 days after the incompleted purchase.

Still waiting for it to be released, the person on the phone reassured me that all the money is still in my paypal account just under a pending status. Hope this helps

I mean i want to be able to use my line of credit at the store it was opened for. Charges can always be disputed, that isnt the concern.

Also, this is a best buy issue, its on their end, paypal has cleared themselves and say nothing is stopping the purchase but best buy.
