I had the same issue. I had ordered on the bestbuy app and had received an email saying oh part of you order is being prepared. Then the next day I get an email saying your order has been cancelled. Now I’m upset because instead of saying oh we can ship your order. They just cancel it. On top of it the price has gone up. So now I’m stuck with half an order and it does me no use because I need both.
