I preordered my phone note 10 plus 5g on Aug 12th and it is now over a month and I still do not have a phone, and I recieved a text about some information but the link that bestbuy gave me does not work and my order does not show up online, although I do have a order number, I have called the store plenty of times and walked into the store plenty of times, if I cant get any information on this phone soon I'm afraid I will have to give best buy a 1 star rating and give details about my situation
