I appreciate you posting regarding your purchase! Orders may cancel for different reasons sometimes. It could be that the purchase does not meet BestBuy.com’s Conditions of Use. When you place an online order, we authorize your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled. We will not officially charge you until your order has been fulfilled.
What you are most likely seeing is an authorization hold, and not actual charges. This authorization hold is generally released within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. If the card used is an international card, it may take a bit longer. I am sure this was advised to you by my colleague on Facebook. I am happy to look into your current order.
