If the download link isn’t working, but you received your product key, please head over here for instructions on downloading directly through Quicken. That should get you up and running.
If you don’t have the key code or if you run into any additional roadblocks, please let me know.

So yeah, I just bought quicken and guess what the link doesn’t work in your software portal to download the software. I searched this forum and there are 4 threads about this and you still haven’t fixed it. The link you give to customers is a video instructing them to go to the quicken portal and download the software after they login.
Well if they haven’t activated the software there will be no link for them to download via quicken. Maybe fix your website, since I know that won't happen here is a link off quicken that will take you to the installer. You can get the activation code from the Best Buy software portal to activate your software.
