Problem with MacBook PO purchase.

Hi, I need help with an online purchase I made at besybuy.com. I did not receive my item and I am not getting any answers. Can anyone please help me? I spent a lot of time with the phone number, with no reasonable results.

I am very upset with BestBuy with this transaction. They have been untruthful to me on twice, by telling me that they reshipped the laptop and then by telling me they will ivestigate and give a refund. Then tey tell me to contact UPS as they are "My Carrier". I regret my decision to do business with BestBuy.

The UPS told me they have nothing to do with this. Its time for me to blame my stupidity to deal with BestBuy and move on....

Update ob this problem.

My American Express refunded me my money and opened a fraud investigation against BestBuy. I can not figure out aretailer of Best Buy wuold be this fraudulant. Buyer Be Warned.
