I placed an order using Apple Pay on my iPhone. I had Apple Pay Cash and Best Buy charged $433.92 out of my account. I had to cancel the order and I have not seen the amount deposited back into Apple Pay Cash. The surprising thing is the invoice was for only $426.93, NOT $433.92.
Why did Best Buy charge MORE than what should have been charged and how long will it take to see my refund? I'm very concerned about where my money is.

You'll definitely want the moderators to look at what issues you're having, you might be able to see it on the line by line where the difference is. I just verified that I'm not seeing any variance like that when I try to place an online order. They will likely reach your post in the queue within a few days.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! As someone who is also a fan of getting the most for my money, I can understand your concern at seeing a higher charge, but not understanding why. That doesn't sound like the stress-free shopping experience we aim to provide, so I'm glad you let us know, so we can look into this further.
Using the "Private Message" option in my signature below, can you please share your full name, phone number, email and order number so we can figure out what's going on with the change in price?
