I do not know if you can help me, but I figure it is worth a shot. I placed an order online for an item and just received it today. You now have a lower price in store and I would like the price adjusted please. I was in store and they tried, but the computer would not let them. The manager asked me to call 1888bestbuy and told me that they could help me. I tried that, but they said that they could not help me either and want me to go back to the store. Is this something that you can help me with please?
