Price match for an order of latop placed today

I placed an order for a laptop today but i could not get a price match option to propose a lower price at another place for the same laptop model and configuration.

In addition, i was also unable to cancel the order even within 30 minutes of placing the order.

This is very disappointing. There was support on phone call to customer service as it was outside business hours.. I want to have the price match or i should be allowed to cancel the order and refunded fully in the same form of payment.

Please help.

I was able to chat with an online agent and he could price match and said he has refunded the difference to the payment method.. but i am not sure when will i be able to see that on my account. Before i could confirm the same the chat ended.

Can someone please guide me

Typically, when funds are being returned to a method of payment, that should be apparent within a customer’s account within 3-5 business days, but may take up to one billing cycle based on when the customer’s financial institution processes the return of funds.
