I purchased the Avengers Endgame steelbook back on July 19th and immediately the money was taken out of my account. I showed up to my store yesterday to finally pick up my order and all seemed fine....until I check my bank account. I should have known this was going to happen and yet I still went and did it. Because of the pre-authorization policy with orders, my account got charged two times, once on the 19th and then again on August 13th. I watch my account like a hawk and check it on a daily basis, the pre authorization was never put back and the original date of payment no longer appears in my statements. Now I am in the red and risk an NSF fee because I decided to pre-order something from Best Buy for once and now I think i'm just going to walk in from now on to get my items. I only did it this time because I believed the item was going to be sold out, but that was not the case. Anyway, this has caused a mass amount of unnecessary confusion and if someone could get this cleared up with me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
