Possible Delay on Shipping

This may seem like a petty thing, I am usually not one to come online and have an issue with things, but I just got an email that says my order may be delayed. I spent 1200$ on a gift for my girlfriend and also paid for the most expensive shipping to get it here on time, so I am slightly irritated that even after spending so much money on Best Buy I won't even get my gift on the day that I need it. Though it said it "may" not arrive on time I'm going to assume that it won't arrive on time. Is there anything that can be done for me at all? I really want to get it on time... or at least my money back for the most expensive shipping if it can't even be delivered on that day. I really hope something can be done to help, I'm not to he time to go and just spend a thousand dollars on something every day.
