Poor customer service lied too

I ordered an iPod for my granddaughters birthday baby said expect delivery by 8/28/19. Tracked shipment, supposed to deliver today 8/28 via usps. Usps shows invalid tracking number. Contacted customer service was told I had 2 options they could ship another on 8/31 or refund my money. Told rep neither was satisfactory answer.

called cooperate office in Minnesota this guy assured me my package would be delivered as promised, he would personally track and keep me posted via email or phone LIE, never heard from him.

called cooperate office again escalated to next level. This person tells me I requested refund from first person I spoke with, explained to her the second call. She said the call didn’t exist. Went thru everything again with her was put on hold until she decided to conviently disconnect the call. Very professional.

now I’ve got to scramble to try and find a gold iPod by 8/29 before my granddaughters birthday party or brake her heart.

Thanks Best Buy I really appreciate being lied to, disconnected on.

funny guess I got all the 30 minute call to Best Buy offices on my call logs that are imaginary
