After more calls I was told to just cancel the order and have to deal with waiting for the gift cards. Both online and in store are unable to fulfill the item because it is stuck waiting for inventory even if the inventory is already in store. I think somewhere or someone needed to push the orders through but did not and our issues did not make it to whoever is on that desk. So I will have to wait another week or so before I can get my pixel 4 xl. Then have to wait another 2 weeks before I can get my 100 best buy gift card.
