I purchased a speaker on Thursday for store pickup. Initially the date was today, Oct 7th for pickup. I never got a pickup your order email, so I logged into my account to get the order status and the pickup date is now the 18th. I go online to purchase a different model, and notice the same model I bought is available online and can be picked up in one hour. Same store, same item. Why is my purchase delayed???

Your order has been updated to an expected get it by date of 10/14, and will continue to update taking into a variety of factors as it progresses. I noticed that your purchase is in a Transfer Order Acknowledged status which means our warehouse teams are the process of sending your local Best Buy in Roseville a speaker to fulfill your order.

While reviewing your order today I noticed that our warehouse team has sent your UE Megaboom to your local Best Buy for pick-up. Once your local Roseville Best Buy receives it they’d send you an email to let you know it’s ready for pick-up.
