Pick up Delay

Hi I just need this laptop to be pickup very soon because I will be needing it this up coming week. Bestbuy did not give me an specific estimated date when it will be ready. It only says i will need to wait up to 1 month and if it still not ready then bestbuy will cancel the order. I tried cancelling it but it wont let me and it says, the order has already been processing and cannot be cancelled right now. Please give me an update about my item or just cancel it. I have been with bestbuy for a long time, and I understand delays do happen. Thank you

Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on your new laptop!  I can absolutely understand the excitement of picking up a new device at the store, but having to wait just a few days (let alone a month) would drive me a bit bonkers.  Typically, we can only cancel or modify an order within 30 minutes of placing your order online, but I'd be happy to explore what options we may have for you.


Using the information you provided in your forum registration, I believe I was able to locate your order from earlier this month.  Were you able to pick up your laptop from the store?
