I can absolutely understand the excitement of picking up a new device at the store, but having to wait just a few days (let alone a month) would drive me a bit bonkers. Typically, we can only cancel or modify an order within 30 minutes of placing your order online, but I'd be happy to explore what options we may have for you.
Using the information you provided in your forum registration, I believe I was able to locate your order from earlier this month. Were you able to pick up your laptop from the store?
