I recently ordered a Lenovo 710 Laptop that was on sale for $350 and $300 with the student discount. The link to it is here:
I ordered it 3-4 days ago online and it said it would be ready for pick up today on Saturday but it says it's been delayed in the email. There's no explanation why and I need the laptop very soon. Is there a more time they can give me on when I would receive my order and why my order was delayed? If it's delayed too long, I rather have ordered it something else since I do need this laptop very soon. Thank you.

I was able to locate your order using the details you shared upon joining our forum community. While reviewing your order I noticed that your purchase is delayed without an updated expected get it by date. Best Buy is in the process of partnering with the manufacturer to get more inventory. You’d be sent an email once more information is available about when you can expect to pick-up your purchase. According to our Backorders help guide if inventory isn’t allocated to your order within 14 days it may be cancelled.
