Partial refund :/ still waiting for complete refund

My order number is #{removed per forum guideliens} and i have not received the complete refund for my order. I paid $563.68 from which best buy had refunded back the shipping cost. A refund of $537.61 was initiated on December 27th and I received $495 on December 29th. Upon contacting best buy agent through chat, I was told to wait as sometimes payments are processed in two parts. It's been more than two weeks and I still haven't received the remaining amount. Best buy chat agents have asked me to contact their phone team. I have clearly told them that it is not possible as international calls cost me a lot. It's not worth calling them when I'm not even sure they'd refund my money. Someone please help. Best buy even doesn't let you email them. It's quite inconvenient for people who are calling from a different country.

It certainly sounds like you've had some issues receiving your refund for your order, which is never something we like to hear. I'd be happy to try and help you out with this the best that I can to try and get this resolved for you. Generally, refunds take place within 5-7 days, but it can take longer depending on your billing cycle. I would suggest getting in touch with the bank that issued your credit card to discuss this further with them if it has been longer than this amount of time. 

 

If they are still not showing these funds as being processed back to them, please let us know so we can investigate this deeper with you.

I have contacted my bank and even visited my nearest bank branch. I made a payment using a debit card. Kindly let me know how I can go about this other than calling your phone team which is not possible.

My bank has asked me to contact the merchant which is in this case is best buy.
