Orders canceled-all except 1

Ok, lemme start by saying this has been extremely exhausting and aggravating. I'm trying to order my great grandson a Playstation. I'm in Arizona and I've tried to order this thing for store pickup and shipping to 2 different addresses. At first the orders were canceled due to information being incorrect. I corrected that problem and I completed 3 orders, all to the exact same address because after the first I just used the previous address option. Well the first and second orders were again canceled but this time because the address was undeliverable(because it is a hotel)... Here's the kicker, the 3rd order, is currently in the back of a UPS truck on the way to the undeliverable address (hotel). I would really love that one explained to me please. So next I tried again for my daughters home address and this time canceled for fraud alert due to so many orders placed, I approved the charges but the best buy srlf service part of the website has been down all day so I cannot update the payment info, so I called best buy and had them just re run the card for the latest order and she said approved, and I asked if that meant no more cancelations which she procceded to tell me she cannot guarantee that and before I had wish her a good day the order was canceled. Can someone, anyone, best buy employee or customer, please please please help me get this figured out so I can get my grandson his game and be done with this horrible online shopping 💩.
