I am a Best Buy elite plus and gamers club member. For a while now, whenever I make an online purchase, it cancels the order a few minutes later. I have tried making seperate orders with just a credit card, a gift card, and paypal. All orders were cancelled. The last successfull online order was last November 2016. Even then, orders were being cancelled constantly on me. I don't even understand why my purchases using just gift cards are being cancelled. I called Best Buy a few times and they promised to excalate the issue and get back to me through email, but so far I haven't gotten a response or resolution. What is the issue?

-Date of purchase (the more exact, the better)
-Total Purchase Price
-List of Items
-Method of Payment (ex: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Gift Card, etc) – do NOT provide any credit card numbers
