I'm an Elite Plus member. I added a line that I want to cancel. Visited two nearby stores, after wasting time, they said, they cannot help. I need to call bestbuy support. Tried calling few times, extended hold times. While I'm writing this, I'm still on hold for 30 odd minutes after getting transferred by two other agents.
Can someone please help?

It's certainly odd that you have been unable to return your device. Have you attempted to process the return online at BestBuy.com? If it's still within the 14 day return period, the option to return it should be available on your order. That being said, since you initially reached out on Saturday, were you able to get this sorted out in any way?
