Order was delayed called to cancel now says delivered at 10 pm

Hi I made a order from Best Buy that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Tracking showed item was never picked up. I called customer service and they told me they would cancel the order and refund my money. Said it would take 48 hours. Today at 9:30 receive a email saying item just delivered to my front door. Nothing is here help please

Noticing that your purchase shares it was delivered after being advised it should be cancelled would be odd. I know I’d also have a few questions if this would've happen to me.
