I ordered a Qnap nas on Aug 8th and it still has not shipped. in progress. I understand shipping delays and that happens but to get no updates on my shipment is ridiculous now that its Aug 29th. According to your website if i ordered the qnap nas today i can get it by Sept 5th. But your email to me says it can take up to Sept 14th to get my shipment that i ordered on Aug 8th. Can someone please get in contact with me so i can find out what is going on with my shipment?
