Order {removed per forum guidelines} not delivered

Hello,

 

my order {removed per forum guidelines} is not delivered.

 

I contacted the Customer service of USPS, their answer is :

"Please contact the shipper regarding your package.  We only show the shipping label being created.  This item does not show in our mailstream as of today."

 

Can you please check what happened on your end , the order is from 1/21/2020, the BB status is shipped but not delivered.
