Order not received but Credit card charged

I ordered a Classic Retro Leather Multi Pockets Woman's Handbag Red on 10/28/2019 and my card was charged but I have not received my order. I don't have an order number. Please email at {removed per forum guidelines} or call after 5pm Central Std. time {removed per forum guidelines}. I have sent inquiries numerous times to no avail. Please advise.

It sounds like you have some concerns regarding an order, although I'm not sure I follow what you are saying here, as it doesn't appear that we sell anything similar to a woman's handbag. Are you sure that you purchased this item from Best Buy? Just to clarify, our website address is BestBuy.com.

The ad was on Facebook. It said "yourbestbuy" London. It was for a handbag. My credit card was charged but I never received my order. Is that a store of yours? Please advise

So you're aware, Best Buy conducts business through our retail store locations in the US, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Canada. Each of those sales forces have their own online presence, operating under www.BestBuy.com, www.BestBuy.mx, and www.BestBuy.ca. In the US, we also maintain www.BestBuyBusiness.com and www.GeekSquad.com.

 

There are three ways to purchase products & services from us. The first being visiting one of the sites mentioned earlier. Secondly, visiting one of our retail locations is another. Finally, US customers may call us at (888) BEST-BUY ((888) 237-8289), customers in Canada may call (866) BEST-BUY, and customers in Mexico can use (800) BEST-BUY.

 

We do not conduct business via apps such as Facebook, WhatsApp, or the like. Anyone who claims to be acting on our behalf while communicating through such an app is indeed an impostor, regardless of any purported proof. Providing fake documentation such as badges, letterheads, certificates of guarantee, photos of products, etc., is a common tactic used by scammers. Best Buy is in no way affiliated with these people, so please be cautious going forward.
