Order delayed - customer service didn't even know it.

My order was supposed to be here today.  I though something was amiss when the UPS tracking number's status was pending.  I even live "chatted" with customer support who assured me it would be here tonight.  Well, an our ago the status was changed to "shipped" to arrive tomorrow.  Sat around all day for this package.  Customer support just said sorry.  Really... Bestbuy, you need to do better than that.

Placing an order with shipping is such a convenient option! I always track all my orders as well, so I can certainly understand wanting updates surrounding the estimated arrival date of your package. We try our best to fulfill every order within the estimated arrival date but there are a lot of factors that could delay your order.
