Order delayed after getting replacment

This is absolutly unacceptable. Best Buy did not ship the first pair of earbuds after giving me a devliery date of October 15th, leaving me to wait 4 days all for nothing. And now after calling customer service and getting a replacement, the order is disabled and stuck in Pre-Shipment again????

 

This is byfar the worst service I've dealt with, and I've dealth with forign companies who spoke no amount of english. The person who ordered the replacment for me on BestBuy customer service was very nice and helpful, so I ask

 

Who is dropping the ball on giving USPS my earbuds so they can ship it to me, and what will be done.
