I am disappointed to hear that my order is delayed. The only reason I pre-ordered this item was because of the $25 gift card and because it was supposed to ship the same day the watch was released. (9/15/19) Typically a pre-order is something that has an anticipated release, and now I’m left waiting for an order that is readily available at almost any store around me. Then when I tried to cancel the order I was told I can’t do that either. This is an anniversary gift for my wife that I will not have in time now. Is there anything Best Buy can do for me?
