Order delay Response soon. Customer service needs to stop lying.

I placed my order on 21st August. First says it will arrive for pick up at store on 27th August then changed it to 40th August and now it’s Delayed with no specific date. They have same item available online with different color. I called customer service 3 times and chat 1 time and they keep saying your order in process. But no correct or true answer. My cousin order same item same day and she choose delivery at home and received it on time. I choose store pick up so I can purchase something else but as of now no positive response from Best Buy. Please contact me soon I need to resolve this issue. I do not want to cancel my order I really need this item.
