I tried to order a laptop with an international credit card to a US mailing address. For some reason I still don't know the order kept being canceled. The first time the money came back right away. The second time bestbuy still kept my money with them. Can you please help clarify the issue here.

We have some specific requirements when using an international credit card, did you make sure use the correct billing address?
When placing an order on our website an authorization hold is placed on your account to ensure that funds are available. If your order is cancelled it can take three to five business days for these funds to be available in your account again. In rare cases it can take up to one billing cycle for this hold to be released. I would recommend contacting your banking institution for more information on this timeline.
