Order Status still 'In Transit' for 1 month

I ordered air-pod on Dec.12 but my order Status still 'In Transit' for 1 month. And it stuck in CA, Richmond. I'm going to leave Guam soon. Since I cannot receive my product anymore. So, I'd like to cancel my order and get refund.
