Order Status: Reserving Item

I've been waiting on a pre-order for a game that released on the 26th and was expected to arrive on the 31st. It's been "preparing" since the 26th until today when the status changed to "reserving item" with no change to expected delivery date.

There's another card hold on my bank account for the item, but this is at least the 2nd time Best Buy has placed a hold since the game released.
