Ordered my Airpods Pro on 11/1/19. Were supposed to be delivered today, November 5th. I received tracking on November 4th. Woke up this morning to a message from UPS saying they would be unable to delivered my package as expected. After looking at the tracking, this is because Best Buy never got the package to UPS. Called the BB customer service number and received numerous false statements and excuses.
At first I was told UPS had the package (tracking shows "Shipment Ready for UPS" which means they do not have the package yet).
Then was told that every single Apple product ordered from Best Buy would be delayed because Best Buy doesn't process the order themselves and they have zero control over when they ship.
Then, was told that sometimes the warehouse gets busy and they don't get all the orders out. By this time I'm a little upset because Ive just been lied to three times.
Finally, was told that Best Buy would ship the package when they get around to it and I just have to wait. Seriously? You guys didn't have any issue taking my money and promising a delivery date. Ive received zero communication from BB that there is a delay. Still says "Available by Today" on the order status. Can't cancel the order. Basically, I am just at the mercy of BB until they decide to ship what I already paid for.
Any help is appreciated because this is ridiculous.

Welcome back to the forums. The AirPods Pro look like an awesome upgrade, and I'm sure you're eager to get your set.
I'd be happy to look into this for you to see if I can get an update. Tracking data isn't always accurate, so I hope I can get you some more information. I'm sorry about those conflicting explanations you've received thus far.
