Online order keeps getting cancelled.

I'm a current employee so I shop a moderate amount at Best Buy. About a month or 2 ago every online order I started placing would get cancelled if it was a ship to home. If I placed it as store pickup it would go through just fine. However now it doesn't let any of my orders go through at all and I get that email saying it's because some of my information might be missing or incorrect. I've called customer service and they have just placed the order for me but they tell me they don't know why it's being cancelled. Just trying to see what's going on, doubt it's my bank since I can still make purchases in store no problem. Thanks in advance

I order online quite often as well, so I can certainly understand you looking for some help here. Often times, this occurs when the information (typically the addresses) for the ‘bill to’ section of the order, and for your payment method with your financial institution do not match up. Please double check this, especially of you recently moved!
