Online Store Complaint

I made a purchase online on October 14. Two of the seven items were marked as shipped but when the tracking number was checked on the UPS site, UPS said they hadn't received it yet. This was over a period of 4 weeks. I called Customer service and they offered me a refund or reshipping the item at standard shipping. I requested faster shipping at no charge since this was clearly Best Buys blunder but they refused. So I took the refund and will be purchasing my items at Amazon. This is the 3rd time an order I placed has not been shipped even though the site says it has. Because of these experiences I will no longer be shopping with Best Buy.
